Max Muscle Series
Do you want to put on some serious size? Then this is the program for you. These workouts are designed to maximize lean muscle growth. There are three different levels of difficulty. Not meant for just anyone, we recommend these programs for the more advanced.
Beginner is a 4-day workout split working each muscle group once, great for starting out and working your way up. Approximately 45 mins per workout.
Intermediate is a 5-day workout split working each muscle group once and more intense than beginner. Just over an hour per workout!
Advanced is a 6-day workout split working almost all muscle groups twice a week, each workout is approximately 1.5 – 2 hours.
